4NoBank.com is the web sales division of Keynote Property Inc., a professional real estate investment company which buys, sells, and leases residential property in the Greater Cincinnati area (only in Ohio and only in the Greater Cincinnati area).

We have invested in real estate in the greater Cincinnati area since 1991. During that time, we have purchased, sold, leased, or held properties for long term investment all over Greater Cincinnati and its surrounding areas.  The properties have consisted of homes and apartment complexes in virtually every price range, from $15,000 to more than a million dollars.

And during this time, we have become experts in property management, property acquisition, property repair/maintenance/rehabbing, financing, discount mortgages, loan origination, etc. We've also developed an extensive network of relationships with other real estate professionals and investors and are able to state that no project is too large or too small. Having said that, we do specialize in residential real estate projects versus commercial real estate.

The primary operating partners of the company are Dave and Anne Tobin of Cincinnati, Ohio. The primary beneficiaries of the company are their four daughters (who have added more gray hair to their parent's head than all of the real estate transactions combined!).

Due to his strong belief in education and his dedication to being as knowledgeable and professional as possible, Dave continues to improve his background.  He served as a real estate agent from 2000-2008 but is no longer an active agent primarily so he can focus more on their real estate business. He is also active within Cincinnati REIA, a non profit group dedicated to helping individuals succeed in real estate via the highest ethics and professional standards.  Dave completed a full three year term serving as a trustee on the Cincinnati REIA board.  He also currently helps to facilitate the East Side Group's monthly meetings and has served as a Head Mentor for a local real estate mentoring group as well.
